About the Role
We are recruiting experienced social workers for our front door service Assessment and Intervention and Family Support and Protection Teams.
If you are passionate about building relationships with children and families at their first contact with Childrens Social Care, focused on working towards positive outcomes for children and have at least 1 year of post-qualifying experience in a statutory Childrens Social Care team, we would love you to apply.
Assessment and Intervention -You will work as part of a fast-past team responding to child protection needs and undertaking child and family assessments. Under the guidance of your team manager, your team will be on duty every 4/5 weeks.
You will support children and families through the assessment process, up to co-producing step-down, Child in Need and Child Protection plans. Previous experience of Section 47 investigations and child and family assessments are desirable.
