Are you great with children and love sports?

We're looking for Lead Coaches to run our Rugbytots classes for boys and girls aged 2yrs-7yrs old.

You absolutely MUST be energetic, enthusiastic and have the ability to be heard amongst a group of up to 20 children having a great time!

A knowledge of Rugby isn't necessary as we provide all the training on the job. It's more important to us that you are loud, fun, energetic and love children.

We run a successful Rugbytots programme in Sleaford that is going through a growth phase and this is your chance to get involved! We need outgoing individuals to work with the franchise owner to coach amazing classes and bring the fun of Rugbytots to the people of Sleaford.

Responsibilities of a Rugbytots Lead Coach

Set up and take down of equipment to facilitate the class programme. Run high energy rugby-based play classes to our customers. Implement the weekly programme within the Rugbytots class structure. Engage with children and parents in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.

Requirements

Fun and confident personality Dynamic with lots of enthusiasm Excellent communication & organisation skills - loud enough to communicate to a group in a sports hall or park/astroturf Previous experience leading/coaching/teaching groups of children is helpful but not essential. A full drivers license and car is preferable
Job Type: Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to 15.00 per hour
