Residential Support Worker Children's Homes

Location: Abercynon, Mountain Ash



Salary: Starting from 25,552 per annum plus 3000 - 6000 pa for sleep-ins. (62.64 per sleep-in)



Shift patterns -

Full time working long day shifts plus sleeps.


Full UK driving licence is required for this role.

You will be joining our settled, family home in a lovely area, where we support 3 young people who enjoy sports and gaming so you will be keeping them busy and active and come to work with a smile every day.

What do you need?



You must be eligible for registration with Social Care Wales.

Previous experience isn't necessary as we provide full training and support. We want people who are

naturally caring, energetic and want to get involved.

Great communication skills, positive and fun.

Full UK Driving licence is required

Ability to remain calm and to show resilience

:

Be part of a family team that provides a safe and loving home for children and young people, led and supported by a registered manager. Act as a positive role model to meet their everyday living needs, Spend quality time doing what they love.
