to support our young client at their home in
Rainham (East London).
Meet the client:
This role is to support our 16 year old male client. Our client loves his PlayStation, iPad, playing games, going on his swing set and in the pool in the summer.
When you'll be working:
maternity cover only and will be the below hours:
Wednesday and Thursdays (3pm-7pm)
Plus alternate Saturdays (9am-2pm)
Plus note the above hours are for term time and in the school holidays will change to Wed & Thurs (10am-4pm) and alternate Saturdays (9am-2pm)
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support a 16 year old boy with complex health needs in his family home. This will involve supporting with personal care, medication, moving and handling, managing clinical equipment and enabling the client to engage in social activities.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided for this role.
