Job Description
We Care Bespoke are looking for experienced Children's Residential Support Workers to join our team.
As an Agency Support Worker you must:
Be over the age of 18 to apply (essential)
Have the right to work in the UK
(essential) Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desired) Have 12 months prior experience in a UK healthcare setting (essential) Have experience working with Children and Young People Have a level 3 in Children and young peopleSkills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members. Experience in childcare or working with children is highly desirable. Ability to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs. Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes. A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients as needed. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
Pay: From 13.25 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekend availability
