We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate

Children Support Worker

to join our small, family-run residential care home in

Hillingdon, Uxbridge

. This is a meaningful opportunity to work in a therapeutic environment where your support helps vulnerable children feel safe, valued, and empowered to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide consistent emotional and practical support to children and young people Build strong, trusting relationships and serve as a positive role model Apply therapeutic strategies tailored to individual needs Encourage independence, life skills, and personal development Ensure a safe, nurturing, and structured home environment Follow safeguarding procedures and complete accurate record-keeping

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a residential childcare setting (preferred) Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent (preferred) Knowledge or experience of therapeutic care practices Calm, empathetic, and child-centred approach Strong communication and teamwork abilities Full UK driving licence (preferred)
