Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day care and support for children and young people.
Promote independence, resilience, and positive outcomes.
Safeguard and protect the welfare of the children in your care.
Work as part of a team to create a safe, nurturing environment.
Contribute to care plans, reports, and key working sessions.
Participate in sleep-in duties (additional 50 per sleep).
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people in a residential or similar setting.
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach.
A full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential).
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards).
