Within the Care in the Home division, we support children within their family homes.


We'd like you to join us as a

Support Worker

to care for our growing CYP (children & young people) client base in

Liverpool.





What you'll be doing:




We are

expanding our children's care packages in the Liverpool area.

Therefore, we are looking to grow our team.


This role is to work across children's packages of care in Liverpool. You must be flexible to work both day and night shifts, supporting children with additional health needs (mainly challenging behaviour) in their family homes.

We require candidates who have previous experience with autism and challenging behaviour.





Shifts:



Must be flexible to work both day and waking night shifts

Must be flexible for short shifts and long shifts (mornings/afternoons/evenings/long days/waking nights)

Must be flexible to work across packages

What we need from you:



A passion for working with children Previous experience with autism and challenging behavior Have a genuine interest in providing the best person centered care possible Willingness to learn and develop Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Maintain professional boundaries with the client and their family members, adhering to direction from the care manager as appropriate
