Support Worker

at our young clients home in Stoke-on-Trent

.

When you'll be working:

2 x waking night shifts per week (8pm-6am) Part time - 20 hours a week

What you'll be doing:

This role is to support a little girl who has a brain injury and has complex health needs in her family home overnight. Our client has epilepsy, is non-mobile, non-verbal and has hearing and visual impairment. She also has a gastrostomy tube.


Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
