We are a small, family-run children's residential home in

Uxbridge (Hillingdon)

looking for a

compassionate and committed Children Support Worker

Your Responsibilities:

Provide consistent emotional and practical support to children and young people Build strong, trusting relationships and be a positive role model Apply therapeutic strategies tailored to each child's individual needs Encourage the development of independence, life skills, and self-confidence Maintain a safe, structured, and caring home environment Follow all safeguarding policies and procedures Keep clear and accurate records and contribute to care plans

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in residential childcare - Preferred*
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - Preferred*
Understanding or experience of therapeutic approaches to care A calm, empathetic, and child-centred attitude Strong teamwork and communication skills Full UK driving licence - Preferred*
