Duties
Prepare a variety of food items according to established recipes and standards
Cook meals efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
Assist with meal preparation and plating for service
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
Support in inventory management and stock rotation
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service during serving hours
Follow health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or contamination
Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Previous restaurant or culinary experience is highly desirable
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
Basic understanding of meal preparation techniques and serving procedures
