We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing all aspects of the sales process, from initial inquiries to viewings, negotiations, and contract finalization.

Comprehensive understanding of the local property market
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze market information to stay informed about current trends and developments.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to ensure favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
Prepare contracts and other relevant documents related to property sales or rentals.
Provide expert advice to clients, guiding them on the best course of action for their property needs.
Keep abreast of changes and developments in the local property market.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions.
Manage customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and follow up with feedback.
Day-to-day management of applicants, including generating viewings and securing sales.
Maintain detailed records on our internal database.
Handle inquiries received through various channels in a professional manner.
Strong English communication skills and Proficiency in Mandarin are required.
