We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve satisfactory agreements for all parties involved.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
Prepare and manage property listings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
Provide administrative support including preparing contracts, managing paperwork, and maintaining client records.
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
Experience
Previous experience in sales or lettings is advantageous but not essential; we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn.
Multilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent administrative capabilities to ensure smooth operations within the office environment.
