What We're Looking For

1+ year

of experience in food retail, convenience, or hospitality management

Cantonese or Mandarin

language skills (preferred but not essential) A natural leader who is energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about team success

The Role

As

Deputy Store Manager

, you'll be instrumental in delivering a great customer experience, motivating your team, and helping to drive the success of the store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll ensure daily operations run smoothly and standards remain high.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading, coaching, and developing a diverse team Maintaining high levels of customer service and store standards Managing rotas, stock levels, and store performance Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training Helping to drive sales and hit KPIs Being hands-on and stepping in on the shop floor when needed

What You'll Bring

Fluent in

Cantonese or Mandarin

(preferred, not essential) Strong leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service setting A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent multitasking skills Clear communication skills and a passion for customer service
