Glasgow Spinal Care is looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team at out new Cumbernauld clinic in the Cumbernauld Village. The role is varied and includes, client education, customer service, and admin/front desk duties.
Sales and reception work experience is welcome, but training will be provided. Candidates must be willing to learn, have attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for all patients coming into the clinic. Main duties include meeting and greeting patients, updating patient records, answering general queries, booking appointments over the phone, and dealing with both card and cash payments.
This is a part time, permanent position, working approx 20 to 25 hours Monday - Friday and there may be some requirement for Saturday shifts.
Required skills & experience:
2 years minimum experience in a customer facing position
Good organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
You will be a people person that loves to interact and genuinely cares about helping people
Responsibilities will include:
Appointment management for a private chiropractic clinic
Providing exceptional customer service in an open plan environment
Providing new patients with the information they will need to feel confident at their first appointment
Working with the rest of the team to ensure a calm and well-managed practice is maintained
Taking payments for treatments
Discussing care and treatment plans with patients under the guidance of a Chiropractor
working full time on a few weeks of the year for holiday cover
