Job Description

We aren't looking for your typical Receptionist and you won't be behind a desk all day. This is a hands on role and experience in sports therapy/health care would prove invaluable.

However there is a part of the job that involves administration and reception work, including use of computers.

We are after someone who can be a host and welcoming figure in the clinic ensuring our patients have an exceptional experience with us, and then to help our patients to reach their health goals. The role will involve:

Greeting all of our patients and making them feel welcome, answering phone calls and email enquiries

Booking and managing our Practitioner's lists as well as various clerical tasks to ensure a smooth running of each shift, including filing, keeping clinic statistics,

Preparing the clinic and maintaining our high standards throughout the day

Delivering

exceptional

service to our patients and to go above and beyond on a daily basis, customer service experience is expected

Joining in with team meetings, training days and external marketing events which are all pre planned.

Supporting and championing your team to achieve clinic targets

Assisting patients to access various areas and equipment in the clinic, training will be given. This is a hands on role - you will be expected to assist with some therapies and use medical equipment and training will be given.

Taking notes during consultations and treatment sessions which may be of a sensitive and confidential nature.

Preparing patients for X-ray where applicable.

Ability to be calm professional and work within a small team in a busy clinic

A genuine interest in chiropractic, health and well being.

We work Monday 0800-1900/ / Wednesday 0800-1900 /Thursday 0800-1900

HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE IN THE FUTURE

Tuesdays are sometimes also required, for training and extra clinic time

Our clinic is closed on Fridays and Bank holidays

Interviews will take place week commencing 8/9/2025 & 15/9/2025 - this may be in person or via telephone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
