About us
Optimal Health Inspired is a clinic in the midst of rapidly growing. We vision that in the next two years to become a well renowned practice where the public can fully learn to protect their health more for their future.
With a patient centered approach bringing together Chiropractic and Sports Therapy and using spinal imagery xray systems and rehabilitation/strength conditioning techniques the care is unique. We have new practitioners joining the team and we are looking for a team to head up the front of house, supporting our practitioners to serve as many people as possible over the years to come.
The founder of the organisation has worked in the sporting arena in the past with the Bournemouth 'Cherries' Football club, and top national and club sports individuals in Cycling and Tennis and Golf. The founder himself was a tennis player at University nationals and a former representative of England Field Hockey.
Through his own successful recovery from long term injuries is this organisation founded. The core values and care provided at Optimal Health Inspired comes from a personal passion for recovery and healthy living.

The right person
The right person is likely to have worked in a customer facing environment and has a record of dealing with customers, answering questions on phone or in person and am able to turn inquires into long standing clients. They are able to work if needed in a fast paced environment and has the ability to pick up new tasks in their stride and is very comfortable with giving and receiving feedback in the most professional and friendly manner.
The role
- You will have a shared responsibility of front of house, taking care of the well being of our clients.
- We endeavor to give our clients an experience with us which will always leave them feeling like they have to tell someone about it or even about you! That starts from the very first point of contact, to the communication we have with them even after they have left the clinic.
- You will be asked to do the administrative side listed below gradually to a level of efficiency so that your main focus is on each client's experience even when the clinic becomes busier.
- As the clinic grows over the years, there will be the opportunity to lead as the clinic manager (if you are interested), managing the team
- A basic and confident knowledge and use with computers is desired with word document/excel/working with emails.
Tasks
- Be able to communicate with clients via phone or in person the role of Optimal Health Inspired and the different roles our practitioners play and how the therapies work together.
- To be able to comfortably discuss the value of our care whenever conversations arise (Why we practice the way we do, why our care is the way it is etc)
- To ensure communication with clients before and after each visit with us brings additional value to their experience. (The consistency of reaching out to clients during certain steps in their journey with us to see how they are)
- To also be the front runner to network our service - To develop conversations with clients in the waiting room/phone/email that may steer into health topics that we may be able to help in. (Useful to use your own passions in health experiences etc)
- To take payments, over phone/in person and to learn to even show the value of the service/present options of payment plans if the practitioners are not available.
- Ensuring all clients are booked in and scheduled for their planned care ahead of time. (This is to ensure less unnecessary interaction at the front desk on each appointment but also to get each client's agreement to their commitment to our service)
- To document and add useful protocols/systems to the clinic library to increase the efficiency of the organisation in the running of the clinic.
- Aid in marketing Chiropractic and Sports therapy at events alongside our practitioners (training provided).
Skills required
- To be able to own the room - To be confident to lead/set the tone of the waiting room
- Organised - to be able to prioritize administration jobs and not feel overwhelmed when busy, yet still able to provide a great service to clients
- Multitask - to be able to juggle different jobs at once. Eg) have to ask a client on the phone to politely hold whilst taking payment and scheduling the next appointment of a client in front of you and still be able to pay recognition to a client leaving the clinic - In a comfortable manner.
- Can demonstrate ability to pick up new skills quickly and absorb new information and retain it to be taught to another.
- Proactive - to have the imagination and drive to bring new ideas to the company. Doesn't just wait to be told to do what is needed but steps up and takes charge. Happy to own the responsibility of choices made.
- Persistence and Consistence - To have a work ethic that encourages trust and reliance - highly rewarded when shown! When a job, marketing campaign or client is in need of attention, to be able to rely on you to get it done properly.
- Attention to detail and particulars. Would not let important jobs slip away.
- Anticipates- to be able to look ahead in the months/ year and plan. Plan yourself and plan for the business. Plan for good times and challenging times.
- Progress orientated - As a business we will set standards together and goals to reach each month, quarter and year. We would like to hit them but the main thing is that there is progress.
