Align 4 Life is a group of state-of-the-art spine and posture clinics in Sevenoaks (TN13 3AJ) and in the Isle of Man. We are currently recruiting more team members for our Sevenoaks clinic.
The services we provide, have already provided thousands of patients with relief and correction for more than 20 years across multiple jurisdictions. These services include corrective chiropractic care, spinal remodelling traction and exercise therapy, a holistic approach to health, and more. We specialise in working with patients who have the following conditions: Low back pain, neck pain, postural problems, headaches, scoliosis, shoulder pain, sciatica, tennis elbow, osteoarthritis, hip pain, knee pain and stress related/nervous system related disorders.

Align 4 Life Sevenoaks is expanding!
Due to an expanding clinic, we have a full-time Chiropractic Front Desk and Rehabilitation Assistant position available in this clinic.
The dedicated Chiropractic Assistant will be joining our team from Monday to Friday on a 38 - 40hr weekly basis. This is a varied role which requires the candidate to be a team player who is flexible, organised, self-motivated (and physically capable) to become involved in all rehab aspects of the clinic and be able to work at reception.

Front Desk Duties:
Performing Day to Day administration jobs to help the clinic function well. This included plan set ups, filing, note capturing, telephone answering and appointment bookings etc
Supporting clients with processing their plan and setting up their appointment schedules
Being available to answer any questions clients may have relating to their care
Collaborate with chiropractors and rehab team to facilitate a good experience for clients in the clinic
Work at reception and meet and greet patients and help with admin and marketing
Taking care of clinic house keeping and ordering stock when needed
Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients
Be available for occasional marketing events, seminars and/or annual meetings on a Saturday
Rehab Duties:
Learning our spinal rehabilitation sytems and protocols and assist in the supervision of our patients rehabilitation
Provide support and assistance to patients with their traction and exercises
Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Collaborate with chiropractors to facilitate therapy sessions and exercises
-Basic first aid training
Candidates need to have:
A basic knowledge of anatomy
A passion for health and wellness is essential.
Experience:
Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is helpful.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
Basic level of mathematic skills.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and our other team members is paramount.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
