Chiropractor / Osteopath (self Employed)

Southampton, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Join a progressive, patient-centred clinic where clinical excellence, growth, and culture matter.

We're growing - and it's an exciting time. Due to increasing demand and our multi-award-winning reputation for quality care, we're looking for a motivated self-employed Chiropractor or Osteopath to join our high-performing clinical team.

This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, takes ownership of their performance, and wants to work within a supportive clinic that provides strong systems, mentorship, and a proven pathway to success.

About Us

Meridian Massage & Bodywork (A Fate in Motion Company) is a rapidly growing private wellness clinic with a strong reputation for high-quality, evidence-informed, patient-focused care, which is inherently vitalistic in nature. We take a holistic, no-nonsense approach to musculoskeletal health, combining chiropractic/osteopathic care with MSK therapy and rehabilitation to achieve long-lasting results.

We invest heavily in clinical development, systems, and culture, creating an environment where self-employed clinicians can thrive without feeling isolated or unsupported.

Our Core Values

Community Engagement

We believe strong relationships with our community are vital. Without them, we wouldn't have the opportunity to serve, support, and heal.

Quality Care & Natural Healing

We focus on thorough assessment, precision treatment, and addressing the root cause -- not just symptoms.

Compassion & Integrity

We build trust through honest, transparent communication and clear, realistic expectations.

Continuous Learning & Improvement

We are committed to reflective practice, personal development, and delivering consistently high standards of care.

The Role - What You'll Be Doing

As a self-employed Chiropractor / Osteopath, you will:

Deliver high-quality chiropractic or osteopathic care to a varied MSK caseload

Conduct detailed assessments and create clear, outcome-driven treatment plans

Educate patients so they leave with clarity, confidence, and commitment to their care plan

Follow our proven in-house consultation and sales protocols to ensure ethical, patient-centred conversions and retention

Take ownership of your performance, including the ability to work towards and consistently hit agreed KPIs (e.g. attendance, retention, outcomes)

Maintain accurate clinical notes and outcome tracking

Regularly self-review, reflect, and actively work on personal and professional improvement

Work collaboratively with other clinicians and the wider team to deliver integrated care

Our mission is simple:

Every patient should leave feeling listened to, understood, and confident in their recovery plan.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a clinician who:

Is a qualified and registered Chiropractor or Osteopath

Is comfortable working in a self-employed, performance-driven environment

Takes responsibility for their diary, outcomes, and professional growth

Is confident, empathetic, and clear in patient communication

Is open to structure, feedback, and following established systems

Values integrity, honesty, and high clinical standards

Is committed to continuous learning and self-development

Experience in private practice, MSK, sports, or wellness settings is an advantage but not essential. Newly qualified practitioners with the right mindset, excellent hand-skills, coachability, and work ethic are encouraged to apply.

What We Offer

Self-employed position within a supportive, structured clinic

Competitive revenue split, ability to treat your own patients in-clinic

1:1 mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance support

Proven in-house systems for patient journey, conversions, and retention

Strong admin support so you can focus on treating

Regular in-house chiropractic / massage treatments

Clear opportunities to grow caseload, income, and clinical responsibility

A positive, values-driven clinic culture that supports long-term success
