Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable self employed Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all. The ideal candidate must be local to Swansea. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and punctuality, as well as a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning duties, including general and deep cleaning of homes, communal spaces, airbnbs and commercial properties. Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitise surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment. Provide a helping hand service to specific clients, which includes tasks such as watering plants, ironing clothes, washing dishes and making beds. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Manage cleaning supplies and equipment effectively, ensuring they are used safely and stored correctly. Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests or concerns from staff or clients in a professional manner. Assist with special cleaning projects as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential, as full training can be provided. Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with colleagues and clients. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driving license and own vehicle is required as the roles requires travel between locations. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
