We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Choir Club Teacher to lead an engaging after-school choir for our Primary School pupils.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about music and enjoys inspiring children to sing, perform, and develop confidence through music.
The successful candidate will plan and deliver fun, inclusive choir sessions that encourage participation, teamwork, and musical development among students aged 5 - 11.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver weekly choir sessions suitable for Primary School children.
Teach age-appropriate vocal techniques, songs, and simple harmonies.
Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
Prepare pupils for performances when necessary.
Manage behaviour effectively in line with school and Select policies.
Essential:
Experience teaching or leading singing/choir activities with children
Strong musical knowledge and confident vocal ability
Ability to engage and motivate young learners
Good classroom and behaviour management skills
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: 30.00-35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 per week
