Based in our Children's store, you will operate and host our Ralph Lauren Christmas Claw Machine, engaging with families and visitors to create a fun and interactive brand experience. This position combines entertainment and luxury brand representation, capturing the warmth, excitement, and tradition that define Ralph Lauren's holiday season.
Responsibilities:
Host and operate the Ralph Lauren Christmas Claw Machine throughout the activation period. Engage warmly with guests, particularly families and children, creating a joyful and memorable experience. Represent the Ralph Lauren brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a polished appearance. Manage queues and maintain an organised, safe, and welcoming activation space. Ensure the area remains visually appealing, tidy, and aligned with brand presentation standards. Support the store team by promoting the spirit of the season and enhancing the customer journey.

Qualifications:
Confident, friendly, and engaging personality with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in customer-facing, hospitality, or event-hosting roles preferred. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Professionalism and ability to uphold luxury brand standards.

Flexibility to work during the entire activation period (9th November - Christmas Eve), including weekends.
