, you'll be the face of the business--giving every visitor a warm welcome, helping them navigate the showroom, and ensuring everything looks its best.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting Guests:

Welcome every visitor, introduce yourself, and set the tone for an amazing experience.

Helping Visitors:

Chat with customers to understand their needs--whether they're browsing for their dream bike or need help connecting with a specialist.

Showroom Vibes:

Keep the showroom looking its best--bikes spaced properly, clean, and ready to impress.

Stock & Presentation:

Move bikes safely, carry out light valeting, and ensure every machine is showroom-ready.

Delivering the Wow Factor:

Assist with motorcycle handovers (full training provided) so customers leave smiling.

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, etc.). Friendly, confident communicator who makes people feel valued. Energetic and approachable--you love talking to all kinds of customers. Happy to be on your feet, moving bikes, and keeping the showroom spotless.

Desirable:

An interest in motorcycles (a plus, but not essential!).
