Christmas Market Assistant

Job Description
Dough bros is hiring. We are looking for team members to join our team at Bath Christmas market, the shifts will be Monday - Wednesday 2.30-7.30pm & Thursday-Saturday 2.30-8.30pm.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Assisting customers with purchases, advising on products and completing till transactions
- Maintaining stock levels and displays to required standards
- Basic food preparation
- Demonstrating exemplary standards of customer service and care
The role includes:
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Being responsible for processing customers' cash and card payments
- Up-selling and promoting products to increase sales and reduce waste
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the Manager
- Keeping all counters, displays and refrigeration clean and presentable
- Receiving and storing delivered stock
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety, licensing, food hygiene and other relevant legislation with the support of the Manager
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to 12.50 per hour
