We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our festival street food team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, with the ability to work during busy services effectively. Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure all dishes are presented beautifully and served promptly.
Experience
Proven experience in a Chef role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking techniques.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
