As a Christmas Market Team Member, you will play a key role in representing our brand, supporting customers, and ensuring our stall runs smoothly throughout the event.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and serving customers with a warm and friendly attitude
Assisting customers with product information and purchases
Maintaining a clean and tidy shop area at all times
Requesting and assisting with stock replenishments as needed
Working closely with our office team to ensure smooth daily operations
Ensuring customers have a positive and enjoyable experience
Collaborating with other market traders and businesses, contributing to the community atmosphere of the event
What We're Looking For
A friendly, approachable, and proactive personality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work full-day shifts (part-time or full-time roles available)
Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
A positive attitude and team spirit, with flexibility to adapt to a busy, festive environment
