What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of RUBIROX - helping customers find the perfect gifts while delivering warm, personalised service. Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivering exceptional, tailored customer service to every visitor Achieving and exceeding sales targets through confident and engaging selling skills Representing the RUBIROX brand through immaculate personal presentation and product knowledge Merchandising and maintaining high visual standards on the shop floor Operating the till, handling transactions, returns and exchanges with accuracy and professionalism

Have strong sales ability - ideally with 1:1 retail experience Thrive in busy, fast-paced environments and stay calm under pressure Are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service Take pride in presentation, attention to detail, and visual merchandising Enjoy being part of a fun, close-knit team Are flexible with your availability, especially during weekends and the lead-up to Christmas

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3-4 months

Pay: 8.50-12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 32 per week
