We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our small team this Christmas season.
What You'll Be Doing:
Greet and charm customers with your friendly and welcoming nature
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations
Sell our handmade, vegan soaps, skincare, and gift sets
Provide beautiful gift-wrapping services when needed
Handle transactions accurately using basic maths skills for cash handling
Keep the shop tidy and inviting, ensuring products are well-displayed
Check inventory and coordinate with our workshop to ensure stock levels are maintained
Handle any customer queries with patience and in a professional manner
What We're Looking For:
Someone whose ethical values align with ours
Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for helping people
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Must be available to work on weekends
Previous customer service or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential
