As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers, utilising your skills in food preparation and serving while maintaining high standards of food safety.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding guest services by engaging with customers and ensuring their needs are met. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas. Use basic math skills to handle transactions accurately. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently within designated shifts.
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is an advantage. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members. Basic math skills for handling payments and providing accurate change. A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
