This is a full-time, permanent position based in

Barnsley

supporting our

ASOS

contract. You'll be working

Monday to Friday,

covering the hours of

08:30 till 17:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:

Champion Lean principles across the site through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on support Lead the strategic deployment process, managing timelines, governance, and visualisation Facilitate Kaizen workshops and improvement projects aligned with business goals Track, measure, and present progress to internal and external stakeholders Support colleague development through Yellow & Green Belt training initiatives

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Green Belt (or equivalent) in Lean/Six Sigma with hands-on workshop experience Strong communication and influencing skills across all business levels Proven track record of coaching colleagues and management teams in building a mature Lean/C.I capability across end-to-end value streams within sites Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Proficient in Microsoft tools and confident in data presentation
