Responsibilities

Providing friendly and attentive service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously Assisting with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including dining spaces, kitchens, and service stations Supporting team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operation Handling customer enquiries and resolving any issues efficiently to uphold high levels of guest satisfaction Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times, including food hygiene standards Assisting with stock management, including receiving deliveries and organising supplies

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or public holidays as required A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the restaurant industry Basic organisational skills and attention to detail
