This is a Part Time position ranging between 10-30 hours.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the cinema operation including efficient day-to-day control of all cinema activities and reporting back to the manager.

Cinema supervisors are responsible for promoting effective visitor services, whilst ensuring business objectives are achieved. Typical work activities include:
Ensuring audience satisfaction
Budgeting and stock control
Complying with licensing and health and safety regulations
Training and supervising staff to work as a team
TYPICAL DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES
A cinema supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the cinema operation including:
Cash control
Concessions
Dealing with customer enquiries
Digital Projections
Front of house
Maintaining upkeep of auditoria

QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING REQUIRED
No qualifications necessary, but retail experience is essential.
KEY SKILLS FOR CINEMA SUPERVISORS
Personal qualities such as good problem solving, organisational, interpersonal and verbal communication skills are important. All candidates must be confident, commercially aware and capable of forming good relationships with a wide range of people. Good business and IT skills are also important.
