Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our culinary team as a cinnamon role baker. This role is essential in ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality cinnamon rolls in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production, baking and food safety practices, contributing to the overall success of our business.

Duties

Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring all food items are prepared efficiently and to a high standard. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control. Participate in menu planning and development, offering creative input based on culinary trends. Conduct regular inventory checks of food supplies and report any shortages or discrepancies. Ensure all equipment is maintained and used safely, reporting any issues immediately.

Requirements

Proven experience in food production and preparation within a professional kitchen environment. Strong culinary skills with a focus on cooking techniques and baking. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, showcasing an ability to work under pressure. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in baking. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
