Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive

Cisco Meraki Wireless Engineer

to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing Meraki-based wireless solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Cisco Meraki platforms, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Meraki wireless networks tailored to client needs. Configure and manage Meraki wireless access points, switches, and security appliances. Conduct site surveys and performance assessments to optimize wireless coverage and connectivity. Troubleshoot wireless connectivity issues and support clients remotely or on-site. Collaborate with project managers, network engineers, and clients during deployment phases. Monitor network performance and usage via the Meraki dashboard and make recommendations for improvements. Maintain documentation for configurations, topologies, and deployment guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2+ years of experience with Cisco Meraki wireless technologies. Proficiency in the

Meraki Dashboard

, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Understanding of wireless networking concepts (SSID, RF optimization, roaming, channel planning). Experience with Cisco Meraki MS switches and MX security appliances is a plus. Cisco Meraki certifications (e.g., CMNA) or Cisco wireless certifications are preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with tools like Ekahau or NetSpot for wireless site surveys. Knowledge of network security and firewall configurations. Ability to handle multiple projects and client needs in a fast-paced environment.
