Driving customer success through strategic service engagement and seamless Cisco collaboration

The Cisco Services Executive, part of the Netcon Alliances team, plays a vital role in maintaining customer engagement and supporting Cisco's Customer Experience framework by helping clients protect and optimise their investments. They drive awareness of Cisco's Services opportunities, collaborate with sales for early engagement, and work closely with Cisco's partner services managers to maximise service attachment and renewal success.



As a Cisco Services Executive, you'll be responsible for:


SupportingCisco Services across the full portfolio while collaborating with the Cisco Practice, Alliances Manager, Customer Success Team, and Sales organisation Willingness to travel to Softcat offices to assist sales teams and drive Cisco Services opportunities Delivering enablement sessions to raise awareness of Cisco Services among Account Managers and Sales/Solutions Specialists Providing early alerts on upcoming Cisco Services renewals and identify upsell or expansion opportunities. Strengthening collaboration with Cisco's aligned services team to improve communication and maximise service attachment and renewal rates. Working with the NetCon Product and Services Manager to enhance awareness, contribute to pipeline forecasting, and boost renewal revenue and profitability
