Response Officer - KEY TASKS: \xc2\xb7 Provide a visible, proactive, and reassuring presence in the Leeds City Centre area \xc2\xb7 Visiting businesses regularly and maintaining regular contact to offer reassurance and impart information. \xc2\xb7 Report public realm issues (broken street furniture, signs, litter, etc) to help keep the place looking tidy. \xc2\xb7 Identify, investigate, deter, and report on crime and anti-social behaviour in the area. \xc2\xb7 Take part in coordinated operations to specifically patrol problem areas \xc2\xb7 Ensure appropriate information sharing with the right teams within key partners and agencies, including outreach services, local Police, Local Authorities, crime reduction agencies, etc \xc2\xb7 Reporting on to electronic platforms \xc2\xb7 Be a friendly face to locals and business owners Salary: \xc2\xa312.00 per hour License types required for the role:

• SIA Licence Security Guarding
• SIA Licence Door Supervisor

Other Requirement:

• Five-year checkable employment/education history for vetting purposes.
• Good customer service skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills
• Previous experience in working in a similar role is desirable.
• Previous law enforcement experience is advantageous.
• Prepared to work varied shifts
• Confident working alone and as part of a team
• A proactive, enquiring mind and positive attitude
