Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing civil engineering projects from conception to completion. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, project management skills, and proficiency in various design software. Duties

Develop detailed civil engineering designs and plans for various projects including roads, bridges, and drainage systems. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project viability. Prepare technical reports, schematics, and documentation for project proposals. Utilise design software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS to create accurate models and drawings. Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to maintain clear communication. Perform quality control checks on designs and construction work to ensure adherence to specifications.

Skills

Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering problems. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices related to system design and construction methods. Ability to produce detailed schematics and technical documentation. A proactive approach to project challenges with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
