Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Civil Engineering Technician

to support the planning, design, and execution of civil infrastructure projects in the

hospitality sector

. The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions for hotels, resorts, and other hospitality-related developments. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the

design and implementation

of civil works for hospitality projects, including site grading, utilities, drainage systems, and access roads. Prepare and review

technical drawings, plans, and specifications

using CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.). Conduct

site assessments

, surveys, and feasibility studies under the guidance of senior engineers. Monitor

construction activities

to ensure compliance with design specifications, local regulations, and safety standards. Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to support successful project delivery. Assist in the preparation of

project documentation

, progress reports, and compliance records. Troubleshoot on-site issues and support prompt resolution of design-related queries.

Qualifications and Experience:



A

degree or diploma

in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field is essential. Previous experience in

hospitality-related construction or infrastructure

projects is a strong advantage. Proficiency in

engineering design software

such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office is preferred. Strong understanding of

construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements

. Excellent

problem-solving and analytical

skills. Ability to work independently and in

collaborative, fast-paced environments

. Good communication skills for interacting with clients, consultants, and team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
