Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and commercially-minded Civil Litigation Fee Earner to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident individual with strong debt recovery experience and a broad understanding of civil litigation matters to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters, with a strong focus on debt recovery from initial instruction through to enforcement Advise clients on a variety of legal issues including family law, private client, landlord and tenant disputes, and consumer matters Take full client instructions and onboard new matters Provide clear and practical legal advice, managing client expectations Negotiate settlements and represent clients' interests effectively Draft legal documents including pleadings, applications, witness statements, and correspondence Comply with court directions and procedural deadlines Prepare hearing bundles and instruct counsel when necessary Contribute to departmental performance targets and billing objectives
Experience & Skills Required
Essential:
Proven debt recovery experience, including knowledge of enforcement procedures Ability to manage a caseload independently Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and procedure

Family law Private client matters Landlord & tenant law Consumer rights issues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
