This is a full-time position for a Civil Litigation Solicitor/ Litigation Executive. The role primarily involves handling Civil cases and providing legal support to clients. The day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and providing legal advice. This position offers flexibility for some remote work along with working in our Bolton office.
Qualifications
Legal knowledge and expertise in Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, and relevant laws
Experience in handling Credit Hire Recovery
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
A law degree or equivalent qualification
Experience working in a legal firm or relevant legal environment
Strong knowledge of credit hire law and a proven track record of managing a caseload.
Proactive approach to case management with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling a caseload of credit hire claims from start to finish.
Conducting litigation and settlement negotiations
Providing expert advice
Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and case law to inform case strategy.
Working collaboratively to ensure seamless client service.
Salary
Training Contract (following initial 6 month probation) for eligible candidates
Competitive salary (Qualified Solicitors) - 40,000.00 - 50,000+
