Hampton Hills are delighted to be partnering with a well-regarded regional law firm to recruit a Civil Litigation Lawyer (NQ - 5+ PQE) for their Civil Litigation team based in Dorchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to develop their career within a supportive and experienced team, with a clear pathway for long-term progression.

The Role

Working within a busy and highly experienced team, you will handle a broad civil litigation caseload, with a particular focus on personal injury matters. The role will also provide the opportunity to work on other areas of civil litigation, such as debt recovery and contentious probate, making it ideal for those seeking variety in their practice.

The role is full-time and primarily office-based, although some flexibility may be available for the right candidate. You will receive guidance from senior colleagues but must be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For

? NQ - 5+ years PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
? Solid experience in personal injury matters
? Exposure to other areas of civil litigation (debt recovery and contentious probate desirable)
? Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently
? Strong client care skills, with the ability to meet time recording and billing targets
? Keen to develop your career within a supportive, progressive firm
