We are seeking a motivated and commercially aware Civil / Commercial Litigation Solicitor (up to 6 years PQE) to join our growing litigation team. You will manage your own caseload while working closely with senior colleagues on more complex and high-value matters, delivering high-quality advice and exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters from instruction through to resolution
Advising clients on dispute strategy, risks, and costs
Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other court documents
Conducting legal research and preparing cases for hearings and trial
Attending court, mediations, and settlement meetings where required
Supporting and supervising junior team members where appropriate
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Contributing to business development and profile-raising activities
Ensuring compliance with professional, regulatory, and internal procedures

Person Specification
Essential Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
Up to 6 years PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation
Proven experience of managing your own caseload
Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
Sound commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and client-care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
Experience of higher-value or complex litigation matters
Previous involvement in business development activities
Supervisory or mentoring experience
