Civil Manager (telecom & Construction)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Civil Manager

to support our Fixed Network project teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills with a firm understanding of telecom infrastructure and NRSWA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise on-site civil works including site setup, duct laying, reinstatement, and compliance with

NRSWA regulations

. Conduct

daily site audits

and ensure work is completed to required specifications and standards. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and

local authorities

to ensure smooth project execution. Manage

subcontractors and field teams

, ensuring safety and quality across all activities. Handle

permits and notices

, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Conduct

risk assessments and pre-site surveys

, identifying and resolving potential issues early.

Qualifications:



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 5+ years of experience in civil supervision, ideally within

telecom infrastructure projects within UK.

Valid UK Driving License

(mandatory). Strong understanding of telecom network builds and civil construction processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
