Civil Operative

What you'll be doing:

Execute tasks such as excavation, drainage installation, and concrete works Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently Follow instructions from site supervisors and team leaders Adhere to health and safety protocols, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements Maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness Assist with temporary works and site setup Engage with company policies and values

Who We're Looking For

Proven experience in civil engineering or construction projects Understanding of Health & Safety regulations Ability to recognise and deliver quality work Good timekeeping and reliability Strong teamwork and communication skills

Desirable Qualifications

CSCS Operatives Card Plant operator certifications (e.g., excavator, dumper) Experience in civil engineering industry Full clean driving license (if required to operate company vehicles
