Civil Operative – Ongoing Telecom Projects (west Midlands)

Job Description
C&L Communications Ltd is seeking skilled Civils Operatives in the West Midlands for ongoing telecoms infrastructure projects. If you have experience in blockage clearance, ducting, reinstatement, and chamber builds, we want to hear from you.
We are particularly interested in crews that can perform the following tasks:
Clearing duct blockages
Installing new duct routes
Replacing frames & covers (footway and carriageway)
Reinstating to spec on soft, footway, and carriageway surfaces
What we value:

NRSWA-accredited operatives and supervisors
A solid track record on telecoms civils work
Reliable communication with clean, traceable site updates.
Minimum 3 years of experience
If you have a mini digger or 360 excavator operators (with valid NPORS or CPCS) please include this in your application, it will be taken into consideration.
Work is paid on agreed rates, with a rate card offered based on whether you use your own plant and equipment or require van and kit.
We have approximately 6 months of confirmed work initially, with the potential for long-term projects as part of a larger multi-year program for the right teams
