Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for supervising teams, coordinating activities, and liaising with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities



Manage daily operations on-site, ensuring that work is carried out safely and efficiently. Supervise construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align project goals. Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets, reporting any discrepancies. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Facilitate communication between team members and resolve any issues that may arise. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labour hours. Implement best practices in construction management to enhance productivity.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a supervisory role within the civil engineering or construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or a related field would be advantageous. A proactive approach to health and safety management on-site.

Pay: 15.00-25.00 per hour
