Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of civil construction processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage a team of engineers and labourers, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly to maintain timelines and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to specifications. Prepare reports on project status, including updates on timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Implement best practices in civil engineering processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the civil engineering sector. Strong background in managing construction projects from inception to completion. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in using project management software and tools. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred but not essential if sufficient experience can be demonstrated. Requirements : SA006 MT003 NRSWA SMSTS
