experienced Civils Supervisor
to join our team based in
Paisley
, overseeing works across various locations in Scotland.

The Role
As a
Civils Supervisor
, you will play a key role in ensuring civil engineering projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You'll report directly to the Civils Manager and will be responsible for supervising and coordinating teams on-site to deliver works such as:
Streetscape and Civils Works
Traffic Signal Installations
Kerbing and Drainage Operations
Slabbing
You'll ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations, project specifications, and statutory legislation.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support site teams as directed by the Civils Manager
Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard of workmanship
Conduct site inductions and briefings; ensure all operatives are signed onto the correct RAMS
Record and return daily site documentation for accurate project tracking
Manage and monitor the use of plant, materials, and other resources
Maintain effective communication between the site and office teams

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a similar supervisory role (essential)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Valid CSCS card (essential)
CPCS, SSSTS, and NRSWA cards (desirable - training can be provided)
