Update and manage the Civils work list for the County
Update customers by telephone/SMS and keep Waterworx updated
Close completed work orders in time for billing
Answer or pass on enquiries via email from Southern Water
Provide admin support to other counties when required
Be part of an OOH standby rota to dispatch jobs and provide service drawings
Any other admin tasks as requested by the civils manager
