You will be responsible for inputting data across various systems, planning daily civils tasks and activities across numerous areas as well as liaising with supervisors, direct labour, contractors, clients, suppliers, team members and field staff daily. Within this role, you will be required to have good communication and play a pivotal role in ensuring that our flex teams are aware of any updates affecting their delivery.
Key Tasks
Responsible for inputting data, updating trackers & systems, ensuring all information is live & accurate. Consistently monitoring these systems, throughout each jobs life cycle from validation through to billing.
Planning daily civils tasks & activities across multiple exchanges, ensuring each team has a sufficient workload daily.
Allocation of job packs to supervisors, direct labour teams & contractors.
Liaising with clients, suppliers, team members & field staff daily, to ensure the smooth running of the project in-line with delivery plans, including attending client conference calls and meetings.
Working with the internal street works & TM departments to ensure the smooth running of planned works. Ensuring any additional costs are minimal & prevention of any Highway Authority Charges & defects across the project.
Processing of Engineer and Subcontractor wages and validation to ensure they're correct within our commercial timeframes.
Processing the completion of jobs with relevant evidence to client requirements, ensuring all supporting evidence is logged within the internal systems.
Supporting of GL Operations, to ensure operations run smoothly and effectively, sometimes including administration tasks.
